SHIPPING

 We use Canada Post Expedited shipping. When entering your order, please be sure to enter a full mailing address.

PLEASE NOTE: MOST ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 5 PM PST WILL SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY (excluding weekends/holidays).  IT MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HRS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP BASED ON ORDER VOLUME.

When will my order ship?

We ship across Canada. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. If you place an order online on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday.

Once your package is sent, a tracking number will be provided to you by email.   Please do not contact us looking for your package until AFTER your package is late.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once your package shows as ‘Delivered’, we are no longer responsible for the package or its contents. If you did not receive your package and Canada Post shows as ‘Delivered’, please contact your nearest postal outlet and request an investigation as to its location.
