RETURNS
Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at Burnaby Vapor. If your product stops working due to Manufacturer Defect within 30 days from date of purchase we will exchange your product (hardware only). Failed products outside of our warranty period, may be covered by the manufacturer.
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept exchange of used/opened packs of Cartomizers/Clearomizers.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our eliquids.
How to exchange your defective product:
1. Contact us at either 604-544-4140 or burnabyvapor@gmail.com regarding the issue you are experiencing with your unit. If the item is to be returned, we will issue you a RMA# to include on your receipt.
2. Repackage the item including the original box and packaging, etc. as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your exchange and loss of any exchange or replacement item.
3. Include a copy of the original receipt in the package, indicating the item to be replaced.
4. Ship the item (at your expense and your choice of carrier) to the following address:

5. We do not process refunds, we will only exchange your item(s). Please email us if you have any questions or concerns at: burnabyvapor@gmail.com .
Part replacement(s) will be processed within 48 business hours from the time the item(s) have been received by Burnaby Vapor.
